Beginning in 2010 with the firm he founded, SPM Consultants, Austin’s work in growing non-profits and managing their brand operations found him crossing paths with Andrew Beck, with whom he began Beck & Stone, Inc. in 2015 after a number of successful collaborations.
Aside from managing the operation of the agency, Austin functions as an embedded brand manager within the client’s organization. He is responsible for a healthy relationship between the agency and the client-side teams, ensuring that the project’s deadlines are reached and expectations are met.
He is the proud parent of the company mascot, Macy, and can be found on Twitter or connected with on LinkedIn.
The New Criterion started working with Austin and his team in March 2015, and we couldn't be more impressed by their work. Austin managed multiple vendors during our website overhaul and implemented a brand strategy based on their firm's recommendations. Beck & Stone has increased our subscriber numbers, improved our donation campaign results, and expanded our reach online. We couldn't be happier with the relationship.

He is adept at quickly understanding my firm's creative needs, and ensuring that it is quickly translated and delivered in the form of an outstanding work product. He has been a reliable, highly valuable secret weapon in our marketing arsenal - and I strongly recommend him.
